Don't Try This

There are some things people simply should not experience . . .

Nuclear warfare.
Planetary collisions.
Exploding suns.
Karaoke nights at Mexican restaurants.

When I heard the 13 year old girl say she was gonna sing Mama Tried I knew immediately it was time to leave. Don't get me wrong: I love Mexican food. I could eat Tex-Mex ever day. Love it. But not with karoke going on. Some things just don't mesh.

Mrs TBAR & I still enjoyed our evening out, but next time we will be calling ahead to verify the goings-on.
